Are these your actual training guides?

Yes – My fitness guides are based on what we do and have helped us achieve our physiques today.

Can I do the plans at home?

Most of the plans are gym-based, but I do offer at-home options.

How will I receive my guide?

Once you create an account, you’ll be able to log in and view your current workouts for the month. These will change each month and will progress accordingly.

Is Bodies By Robby okay for beginners?

Absolutely! If you’ve never done strength training before, BBR is the perfect way to start.

Am I too old for Bodies By Robby?

Strength training is an awesome way to stay in shape at any age! I work with members well into their 60s and 70s to improve their mobility, flexibility, and strength.

How often will Robby check in with me?

I will check in once per week.

How does my coach correct my exercise form?

Having good form when working out is extremely important – both for injury prevention and making good progress.

To make sure your form is perfect, take videos periodically of your exercises and email for Robby to review and provide feedback on.

How does Robby measure my progress?

Once logged in you’ll update your weight and progress photos weekly. This is private and only Robby has access to this info. Your permission is needed for Robby to publish progress photos.

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone is different, but most of our members who follow our plans see steady, consistent results month after month, and you should too!

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel, email Robby stating you do not want to renew for the month 7 days before your next billing cycle.

Why use a personal trainer and how involved will I be?

An online personal trainer can provide you all of the services a face-to-face professional would. I pride myself on making the training environment interactive, easy to use, simple to follow, and full of all the information you need to be successful. Whether you are located in the USA, Canada, India, Australia, the United Kingdom, or another country, online personal training can help you reach your goals.

Beyond a high quality of service on par with anything, you’ll receive in face-to-face training, the biggest benefits of my online personal training are convenience and savings. The cost for online services are significantly lower than those for face-to-face services, and you can complete the process from anywhere you want—at the gym, at home, at your office, or on the road!

Indeed, I don’t have the face-to-face time with you, but you’ll be provided with my email address for any questions or guidance you may need. It is also true that we are not there to show you the exercise form—but you will be provided with photos and brief descriptions of each exercise, allowing you to know exactly what you need to do, plus you can send form videos for me to review. There are many other benefits of my online training, and this creates a dynamic that ensures your success as long as you put in the work.

Do I need equipment to use your plans?

No. We create workouts based on where you plan to train and what you have access to. Whether you have a home gym, plan to go to a gym, want to train outside, have no equipment, prefer bodyweight only, etc., we can create a program to fit your needs.

Who should use an online trainer?

The online training environment is best for people who are willing to take responsibility for completing the workout on their own, who want the convenience of working out where they want and when they want, and who want to save money but want the help of a trainer.
